Incomar Aerospace and Defence Systems (IADS) is a defence company with its primary focus on providing specialist support to the defence industry and the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) in collaboration with Incomar Aeronautics (IA) and Evilox 381.

The directors of the company are Mongezi India (Executive Chairman) and Johannes Joubert (CEO).
